Absolutely not. We're not trying to replace coordinators, nor is it possible to fully automate the important work they do. Rather, we want to streamline the busywork they deal with, like answering generic patient questions, freeing up their time so they can focus on high-stakes situations like serious patient concerns and complications.

Continuum exists as a layer on top of your CRM: we don't replace it but just use it as a starting point to have your patients' contact details, after which our dashboard and reports exist entirely separate from your CRM.

Patients who opt out of future communication are fully respected — we never contact them. However, for those patients who have agreed to receive communications from you, we require no additional consent, since our AI works under your name and brand.

Complaints are immediately escalated to a designated recovery lead on your team. We respond to the patient with a reassuring message of understanding, but the final decision on the actual conversation remains with you.

We operate as a Data Processor while you remain the Data Controller, which ensures that under GDPR and KVKK no additional consent is required from patients for us to perform data analysis. For more information, please refer to our Compliance & Security page.
